Portrait of a Pool
A selection of photographs taken from my ongoing long term documentary photography project, Portrait of a Pool. The project explores Bude Sea Pool and the people who use it. Originally started in the lockdown of 2020, the project has seen several incarnations and settled into a rhythm of portraits, landscapes and detailed shots that show a portrait of a space that is important to a number of communities in and around Bude. At present, the intention is to bring the final images together into a book.
